The 13 – 15 of July welcomes some of the worlds premier street artists to Kungsträgården to entertain and delight us with complimentary performances. Here the entire family will enjoy magicians, acrobats, comedians and extraordinary talents. Stockholm Street Festival proudly presents Abi Collins, Alakzam, Charlie Caper, Dare Devil Chicken, Johan Wellton, Justin McGuinley, The English Gents, plus one more act TBA.

Stockholm Street Festival 2012

Street festivals are an annually recurring event in many countries and that now includes Sweden. The debut of the Stockholm Street Festival last year proved a rounding success. It is now that time again and we await with great anticipation the 2012 edition. Gathered are some of the world’s hottest street artists guaranteeing unforgettable entertainment. Enjoy the mix of magic, acrobatics, comedy and extraordinary talent. The Stockholm Street Festival is an event for the entire family so no matter what you do, don’t miss the most spectacular festival of the year. Space Cowboy (AUS) Stunts, juggling and sword swallowing
Space Cowboy delivers a unique and incredibly skillful performance that has been seen in over thirty countries around the world. He is the only performer to have ever won ”The Street Performance World Championships” more than once. His amazing and inspiring street performance is an extremely physical one-man circus always presented in a positive and exciting style. It is a breathtaking act that delivers action throughout.

Tallulah (CAN) Physical comedy
Tallulah is the disobedient queen of the Amazon who offers a hilarious show filled with laughter. Her wild and crazy humor captivates the audience always creating an unforgettable performance. You never know what Tallulah will come up with next but it’s guaranteed nothing you could possibly have imagined. Sharon Mahoney, the woman behind the character Tallulah, has a background in theater, stand-up comedy and has now been a street performer for ten years.


Peter Rabbit (USA) Drummer without limits
Peter Rabbit began performing on the streets of New York City only later to be casted on Broadway. Peter is a spectacular musician who uses whatever comes his way as percussion instruments. He is one of the original members of the Broadway Production (National Touring Company) who produced the five-time Tony Award Winning smash hit "Bring in 'da Noise Bring in 'da Funk.



Pedro Tochas (PRT) Sculptor clown
Get ready for a visual treat that will entertain and amaze the entire family. Pedro creates an unforgettable experience through balloon sculpting combined with characteristic drama. Immortal love, heroes and villains simultaneously share the same stage. Renowned as one of the world’s best and most original street clowns, Pedro has in the past been cast as a member of a popular Portuguese TV comedy series.



Victor Rubilar (ARG) Football juggling/tricks
Victor Rubilar has been engaged in the entertainment business for over a decade, amazing audiences in 30 different countries around the world. As one of the world’s leading football jugglers, Victor is a very charismatic performer. His thrilling show is loaded with tricks that will leave you astounded. Victor has no less than four Guinness World Records in free-style juggling so there is no doubt that he knows exactly what he is doing.


Lasse Nilsen (SWE) Comedian
Always funny, intelligent and with full body control. Billed as one of the best Swedish comedians ever, he has over ten years of experience in the club scene both in Sweden and abroad. Lasse is also the only comedian in the world to have trained for five years at the legendary L'ecole, the mime d'Etienne decroux in Paris. That, together with his career starting four years of street performing outside the Cultural Centre Beaubourg and St. Germain des Prés in Paris have contributed to the creation of his particularly unique style.

Charlie Caper (SWE) Magic
Just try to keep up when Charlie Caper offers his incredible magic at lightning speed. He is a world-renowned street performer who enlivens and astounds with his charm and dexterity. Charlie is also the winner of Swedish Talent 2009 and a silver medalist in the Beijing Magic World Championships of the same year. Last year, Charlie was one of the most popular artists in Stockholm Street Festival and it is with great pleasure that we welcome him back.


Amelia Cadwallader (ES) Comedian
When Amelia begins her hula-hoop antics while simultaneously delivering an outstanding comedy show, you cannot help but be awed and amused. The combination is unbeatable. At the age of five, Amelia participated in her first dance competition and since then her interests in all types of theater, circus and comedy have been the main focus of her life. Her solo show, "Breaking Broken Dreams" was voted the best number of the City of Spectacle, Landshut, Germany, 2010.
